Procivis is scaling up in the area of digital identities and certificates, thanks to additional and long-term financing by Orell Füssli Ltd.

Procivis is set to expand its operations in digital identities and credentials, thanks to substantial and long-term financial support from Orell Füssli Ltd. This strategic partnership marks a significant step in scaling Procivis' capabilities, enhancing its impact in the digital identity sector.

The expansion and implementation of the promising business of digital identities and verifiable certificates is driven by Procivis in the future. The subsidiary of the Orell Füssli Group already plays a pioneering role in the field of digital identity solutions in the public sector and is now expanding its strategic focus. A planned expansion of resources will serve to develop further a trust platform for digital identities and certificates.

Due to the new focus in this scaling phase, Procivis founder and CEO Daniel Gasteiger has decided to focus on his tasks as a board member. Désirée Heutschi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Procivis, will take over the role as interim CEO from 11 April 2023. The search for a successor is already initiated.

The Board of Directors of Procivis and Orell Füssli as majority shareholder would like to thank Daniel Gasteiger for his strong contribution in building up Procivis and are pleased that he will accompany the company as a member of the Board of Directors in further developing digital trust services and support the transition period.

For customers or business partners of Procivis, these organizational changes have no impact. If you have any questions, please contact your Procivis contact person at any time or send us a message.
