Kaspar Korjus is the Managing Director of Estonia’s e-Residency program. Kaspar began managing the program at the young age of 26 and today leads a team whose aim is to build a digital society for the 10 million Estonians by 2025. The e-Residency program has been hailed as a great success from the onset and Kaspar quickly became a household name in his native Estonia. In 2015, Kaspar took the #1 spot on Forbes Estonia’s “30 Under 30” for Technology and Finance. Kaspar is emboldened by the idea of changing how governments are organised and managed by implementing successful working models inspired by the private sector.
